30-Day Refund Policy for Unworn Items
- Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@harvus.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for the return.
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Inspection and Approval: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refund Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Non-Refundable Items
